| Comments:I am a 12 years member of Post 252, American Legion in Los Angeles, lived in Oregon from 1970 to 1988, in Los Angeles since 1988. Have scoured the Amer. Legion magazine for years seeking word of 3/1 reunion. Looking through this website reminds me of the time and brings both deep sadness and pride-profound sadness when I think of those fearless, dedicated young men who willingly put their lives at risk for other Americans. I also have NEVER lost pride at having been a MARINE, AND HAVING THE PRIVILEGE TO SERVE WITH THESE GREAT AMERICANS. SEMPER FI, MY BROTHERS BOTH LIVING AND DEPARTED!!!!
