| Comments:After arriving in country, I was in Da Nang for about a month and then sent to LSU BLT 3/1 and did most of my tour with the Float until it was dis-banded. Spent time in country and also on the U.S.S. Vancouver and Valley Forge. When the Float dis-banded I went to Dong Ha where I was Sgt of the guard replacing those who were on the line when the Ammo dump
blew. I remained at Dong Ha until rotating home.Served with H&S 3/1 from 1967 to 1968, LSU. , 1341. |
