| Comments:This is for my Uncle Mickey, or Michael Engels, he passed away in 1984. He served with honor with the 3rd battalion 1st marines kilo company. He was wounded in combat on Jan of 67, and was awarded the purple heart. He was proud to be a marine. I add him to this site to honor his service. He is currently layed in Pinelawn National Cemetary, in Long Island.Served with Kilo Co 3/1 Marines from 03/66 to 08/67, 0311. |
