| Comments:Traveled to Danang on the USNS Weigle. Departed San Deigo on 18 Feb.66 arrived in Pearl Harbor on the 24th. departed for Okinawa after one day. 7 March departed for RVN arriving on the 10th. Moved to Chu Lai on 14th. Operation Texas on the 26 of March. April 16 went to Snaggletooth Island. Operations Wyoming and Hotsprings in March. R&R in Bangkok with Lou Albert on 7 july. Joined S2 Scouts on Oct 9th. departed Vietnam 18 March 67 by plane. Just returned from Vietnam and the Marble Mountain area this month. Traveled with a 3/1 Marine from Scout/Snipers. Great trip!!!Served with Kilo Co 3/1 Marines from 09/65 to 09/67, 2nd. Plt, 0311. |
