| Comments:A great battalion. A great company. And the greatest platoon [2nd]. My son Major Bennett Walsh had the same privilege as I- to command the 2nd platoon. He 29 years to the day we started Operation Utah. He was one of the last platoons out of Somolia. They came out under fire prompting Gen. Zinni to say to a reporter who asked if it was true that the marines killed 13 and wounded 28 "we don't take body counts". Zinni was in Viet Nam and learned well.
