| Comments:Talked to my brother last night who served his second tour as a gunner with India 3/7. Thinks this is one of best sites he's ever visited!
----Hooked up with 3/1 in Oct. 68 with H&S com. section after being transfered from H&S 1/1 com. section. Joined the TACPARTY then went to Mike CO. as their FAC Operator, (more bang for the buck guy). Great Unit Skipper Wilson C.O. One great man. Stayed with Mike till I took my extension leave. Then was transfered back to the TACPARTY. Stayed there until 3/1 went up North West of Danang. Then went out to OP RENO till I was sent home in June of 70. Mike Co. went swing and we spent alot of time in the 7th Marines TAOR. NO REGRETS except for not finishing the thing the way it should have been done!!!! Served with Mike Co. 3/1 Marines from 9/68 to 6/6/70, Comm Plt 2531. |
