| Comments:Retired from Marine Corps February 1st 1990 as a Major, Intelligence Officer. Promoted to Warrant Officer in 1973 as an Interrogator/Translator Officer. Attended the Defense Language School in 68/69 and studied the Vietnamese language. Arabic in 73/74.
I extended two times in Vietnam. The 5th Marines were standing down in Jan 71 and several of us were transfered to Mike/3/1. Captain Fletcher the CO, First Sergeant Cunningham and myself as Company Gunny.Served with Mike Co 3/1 Marines from, Jan 71 to May 71, Company Gunny, 0369. |
