| Comments:Welcome home my BROTHERS. After all these years, it seems like yesterday .Just found this site ,glad to see it. The names I can remember Sgt. Dymerski, Cpl.Orr, L/cpl Padilla. I was not there that night 1/15/67. My birthday is 1/11 it was my turn for R/R returned 1/17 still feel the guilt I was not there. Corpsman Dale Mertlich was a brave man that night.Silver Star. along with all those MARINES. I remember Danny White, Joe Gradle I went to boot camp with Joe. Have many pictures of this heroic group of MARINES AND CORPSMAN LOVE TO SHARE. Looking forward to the next reunion. Stay well my brothers.Served 3/1 Mike Co from 06/66 to 03/67, 1st plt, 0311. |
